RAppID MPC564xL 报错 求助

我在使用Motor Control Development Toolbox for MPC564xL v1.3.0工具包时报错，使用的是MATLAB2013b（正版），错误如图

（Error evaluating 'InitFcn' callback of RAppID_EC_564xL block (mask) 'BSGshell/MicroController Configuration/System_Config/BSGIIV3ISO_Config/RAppID_564xL_Config'.  

Caused by:
Index exceeds matrix dimensions）

之前电脑安装成功，也能正常运行，从新安装系统后，就总是报错，怎么都解决不了，希望得到大家的帮助，谢谢

我的系统是

安装步骤都是按照Motor_Control_Toolbox_Installation_Quick_Start.pdf装的，License也有。

I reinstalled the computer system and then came up with this problem. Before that, my MATLAB was working normally. So is it missing in the computer system?

If you type vol C: in the command line ... 

Is the Serial Number reported the same with the one from the license file ?

Also, that is the extension you are using the license file. Is it *.lic or *.dat ?

Ok, so your Disk ID has only 5 valid digits. You need to install this patch: https://community.nxp.com/thread/467975?commentID=1009785#comment-1009785  (HotFix_2: Fix license errors for DISK_SERIAL_NUM with less than 8 characters) in order to fix the problem.

     I installed this patch, but it doesn't work.

     This problem arises  after the computer reinstalled the operating system. It can be used before reinstalling the operating system. So I think there is something missing from the operating system.
