Dear sir,

I am thinking of using the MCSXTE2BK142 to turn a motor.
The question is, can I write the program to S32K142 from MATLAB directly with the SCI bootloader?
Or is it possible to write to S32K142 with SCI using another tool?

Best regards

Hello Hello Marius,

Is there a plan to support writing SWD using J-LINK in MBD? I can use J-LINK that I have to isolate the PC and S32K14X. Could you tell me how to write in SWD using J-LINK?

Best regards

Hello @hayaoki7 ,

For now, downloading the generated elf over JLINK is not supported directly from our toolbox. I will log this internally. For now, we don't have any plan to support that but we will take your request into account.

However, you can use the JLINK but with an extra step. You can go to S32DS for ARM and flash the generated code. Create a NEW Configuration for GDB SEGGER J-Link Debugging. You set the location for the elf file and that should be all. mariuslucianand_0-1614760482645.png

You can find a related topic here: https://community.nxp.com/t5/S32-Design-Studio/Can-quot-S32-DS-with-JLink-Jtag-quot-program-s32K144/...

Hope this helps,
