Hi Sir

Our team is using Linux OS Ubuntu 20.04 developing I.MX6 product for a while.

Now we are moving toward MBDT development of MPC5744p.

We have been trying to active the NXP's MBDT toolbox but failed.

Even we performs as ROOT user. the system does not see the license.dat file.

Can anyone suggest what should be a solution ?

BTW we use Ethernet IP address as HOST ID. since linux does not have DISK_SERIAL_NUMBER.

Thank you in advanced

I do not quite sure how the linux host pc(unbuntu) may  relate to the Andriod settings.

could you help explain more how to solve problem?

Hello @Mashiyojin ,

Unfortunately, our toolbox is targeted only for Windows OS. I expect some functionalities to not work on Linux.

However, your errors suggest that the in the lic folder (the one mentioned in the error message) is no .lic/.dat license file. You have to copy-paste the license file to that location.

You can give it a try on Linux to run or toolbox using a Windows emulator but we cannot provide support for that.

I am sorry for the inconvenience,

Marius

The license file is already placed inside the folder follow the activation process.

however, the matlab plugin of nxp cannot find it even running program in Sudo.
