Dear All

I experienced a very strange behavior with the ETimer- 0 (channel 5) in MBD tool box.

Currently I have 2 board with MPC5744P

1. MTRCKTSPS5744P (257-BGA Package)

2. DEVKIT -MPC5744P (144 LQFP Package)

I tried to synchronize with PWM in CTU and it works perfectly with 144 LQFP Pacakage, and I could see it on the scope.

On the other hand when I tried to change the package and measured the E-Timer Output on scope, I get flat line. (see snapshot, yellow for LQFP and purple for BGA)

I use J7 ( jumper setting for resolver excitation signal 2-3, in MTRCKTSPS5744P )  to see the Etimer Output.

I have attached the model (with 257-BGA config). Is it possible to provide an input.

Best Regards,

Abhishek

Hello All

It was wrong pin selection in BGA package.

My apologies.
