My customer would like to get the DXF file for easy import into their layout tools. Rather than the customer needing to recreate the layout as NXP has probably already developed the DXF file. Can NXP provide?
When looking at the datasheets for both PBSS4130PANP and BCM856BS, the Reflow Soldering Footprint picture has a reference to the package type (SOT1118_FR and SOT363_FR, respectively). Has NXP already created a DXF or other file that can be imported into my customer's CAD tools rather than them having to create it themselves?
