I wanna make a i2c router with nx3l4051 and bought near 50 ics to make a pro design circuit, every thing was suitable with datasheets, 3.3 vcc and sellect pins 3.3v etc but i realized it is always burning, which voltage i am trying to use 1.5 v to 3.3 v always burning. There must be something that i dont know and datasheets doest worning us. I think it is low omic so it has serious peaks around microsecs when i am giving it to start. I dont know am i right or not, i have last a few ics and i ll give it a try and see is it have peaks or not. But i am sure you guys you know what is the problem exactly. How i can use this ic. Do i need any protection circuit, do i use C or L before pins or i need to limit the current, what should i do to use it whithout burning them. And i used 1MOhm as a load but it is still burning. I am giving 6 7 8 pins to the ground, 9 10 11 pins to controller, 3 is my data input pin it has 1.7 volts and i am trying to take outputs from other pins. Simple circuit but always burning. I tried to use a steable power supply instead of controller and limitted to current no again burned. It is always working for a half second then voltage going down and current geting higher and always changing the value like it is going crazy. And i am sure you must implement a design circuit sample to the datasheet, this is the ic which has lowest ohms but this is the ic the hardest to use it. Make it simple man, if you dont replay then i can lost my last hair man, thanks a lot (:
