iMXRT eLCDIF 时钟参数计算工具，能够根据用户输入的RGB接口LCD Panel的规格书时序数据，快速计算eLCDIF模块和相应的PLL时钟配置参数，并直接用于RT105x和RT106x的SDK代码中，用于方便用户在iMXRT平台上快速适配新的LCD屏幕。
