如何在JN-5189中使能UART1调试输出串口

JN-5189 SoC支持二个UART串口。在NXP提供的AN参考设计中，默认使用UART0串口。例程JN-AN-1247 ZigbeeNodeControlBridge应用中，UART0已经用于SerialLink串口通信协议。为了方便调试代码，我们可以使能UART1作为调试打印输出串口。
