is PN547 supported by Windows 10 and is the documentation on PN547 available?

Looks line PN547 is new

and the page for it is empty.

So where to get the documentation/SDK and confirmation that Windows 10 pro supports it?

(I would like to have SDK for C# standalone app - not universal/shop)
