I'm trying to develop an application that requires an NDA for documentation, specifically for the NTAG 424 DNA chip. As I am experimenting in a personal capacity, may I know if I can still obtain NDA specific to an individual, and if I choose to pursue this commercially I would obtain another NDA under a registered company.
