At this moment this Application Note is not public.

It is required to have NDA signed. You have to fill the form and after approval you will receive the username and password via email.

But you are NXP employee you must have access to these type of documents otherwise you must fill the table below:

1. go to  NXP Semiconductors :: Secure Connections for a Smarter World
2. Click on tab Forgot your password and fill the form mentioned above (after few minutes you will receive email with credentials and you will be able to download the file)
