Whether can I use a balun to transfer the 37-ohm Balanced output signal to 50-ohm single-end single for coaxial transferring?

The RFID controller such as PN7150B0HN/C11002Y or the general MRF522 reader with the match network the impedance is about 37-ohm, whether can I use a balun to transfer to impedance to 50/75-ohm single-ended signal for coaxial transferring?

There is a picture in the doc AN11314 Multiple Antennas on Single Reader IC.

The TX2 pin is not used, whether it would affect the access distance? 

The document I am getting now, so far is not in hand.

Could you help to check my idea?

Hi Wigros,

our customer also want to MFRC6xx single ended antenna design for cost reduction.

if possible, please also share related design doc?
