NTAG I2C “Plus” ICs (e.g NT3H2111) are an update to the NTAG I2C chips. Both families are very similar but the NTAG I2C Plus has some improvements and new features. Please find the attached comparison table for reference. You can also look at the webinar in the next link to understand better the differences:

So, basically I recommend you to go for the NTAG I2C Plus IC (NT3H2111), but you can select NTAG I2C (not plus) if you are not interested in the new features.
