TagXplorer -support of ACR1281 reader

I would like to use TagXplorer windows desktop software with ACR1281 reader, but I get message "Reader not supported" when try to connect.

In the supported readers list this reader model is included. So I don't understand why I'm getting this message.

I can confirm that C1 works, I've tested it right now.

Trued the library you mentioned, it was able to connect but on reading ntag213tt, tag not available

I was testing it on NTAG 424 DNA chips.

No, I don’t use that.

I am facing the same issue , ACR 1281U-C2 not supported , the tagXplorer is hardcoded for specific reader I guess.

Dear Petr Prachar,

Please contact thecompany in charge of this ACR reader it might need a firmware update, since this is not an NXP reader is hard for me to tell whether this problem is related to TagXplorer. please confirm with the manufacturer of the reader.
