Sanding data from SLRC610 to the card

I use SPI interface and with example code. I can read hardware version and check Card UID. But I want to know how it's work.
Sending data to Card it's about sending data to the FIFO and then by command Reveive or Transmit sending their to the Card ?

     See diagram below, please!

Commands and data will be transferred to SLRC610 via SPI bus, then to FIFO --->contactless UART--->Analog Cirtuits(AMP)--->Antenna ------- > TAG(card side)

    For receiving data, it's opposite.
