Reverse voltage at VOUT pin of NT3H2111

Hello 

I have plan to connect NT3H2111`s VOUT and MCU VCC to use energy harvesting for MCU booting. After booting, MCU will enable load switch to received power from battery. (please see below simple block diagram)

In this case, when load switch is enabled, reverse voltage is applied to VOUT.

If reverse voltage is applied to VOUT, Can NT3H2111 be damaged?

If so, I need to use diode between VOUT of NT3H2111 and VOUT of load switch.

Hello,

The voltage available on VOUT pin is directly related to the power from the electromagnetic field so to avoid any damage, it is better to add the external diode for this application in case of any reverse current.
