Please help! NFC type 2 compliant chip in small package die (PD) version.

Hi,

I'm looking for NFC type 2 compliant chips in small package die (PD) version.

Which of the NXP NTAGs do you think would suit?  It's very important for my application that the PD size is very small, so having the PD size specified is very important. 

I’m currently interested in a very small purchase (only 10 chips). Could you recommend a supplier that could help me with such a small order?

Please check the NTAG210/NTAG212|NXP

and NTAG213/215/216|NXP both has the option to be on bare die.

Regarding to the 10 chips you need to contact your local sales.
