PN7150 For android 系统休眠后有一定概率读不到卡

问题描述：

1、开机后基本都可以读到卡；

2、开机休眠后有小概率读不到卡；

3、关闭屏幕后，再开屏幕有一定概率读不到卡，可复现；

4、以上情况下读不到卡重新关屏幕多次可恢复正常；

Problem description:
1. The card can be read after boot.
2. There is a small probability that the card will not be read after starting dormancy.
3. After closing the screen, opening the screen has a certain probability that the card can not be read and can be repeated.
4. Under the above circumstances, if you can not read the card and turn off the screen many times, you can return to normal;

Could you narrow down the issue? e.g. add printf function to check where is the problem? or any error message when card not able to read?
