No debug signal output at PN5180-GPO1

Hi!

I am using the PN5180 NFC frontent chip with the OM25180FDK and a custumized antenna. I would like to route out several test signals to AUX1, AUX2 and GPO (TX_IRQ) by means of the NFC Cockpit v 2.3. According to the documentation this should be no problem. Although AUX1 and AUX2 works like a charm, I cannot route out a digital signal to GPO.

For example: I set TX_IRQ to AUX1. After a ISO14443a frame was completely transmitted I can find a short pulse using a oscilloscope on AUX1. However, when I route TX_IRQ to GPO1 no pulse can be found.

I can measure a connection between the corresponding pin on the PN5180 and the J302 pinheader.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

just a quick guess: Did you enable the output driver for GPO1? --> Register 0x5, bit 0 --> set to 1
