NFC with Secp256 signature and tamper proof

I'm wondering whether there are any options for a tamper proof NFC chip (ie wires that break if the tag is removed) that can also hold secp256 private keys and sign messages? I have googled a lot and it seems the only option for this with tamper proof design doesn't allow signatures. Given that, what would be the options for custom building such a device?

Hope you are doing well.

Unfortunately, we do not have a product that can fulfill all of these requests. The only recommendation I could give is to please check the NTAG 424 DNA which is a low-cost tag with a high level of security, architected to provide AES-128 crypto operation. NTAG 424 DNA TagTamper tags offer status-aware, relevant consumer messages once the tag’s seal on a label or container has been broken.
