NFC field couldn't wake up the NHS3100

Hi Everybody,

I have an NHS3100 Board with some FW and without any battery supplies.

When I tried to power it up with an NFC field while the Reset pin is floating, it wakes up and works properly.

However, When I connect the Reset pin to a scope or to a GPIO from another Powered-off controller, the NFC field couldn't power up the board and it doesn't work properly.

Do you have an explanation of the difference between the two scenarios?

Hi,

The only explanation I can come up with is that somehow the RESETN pin is pulled low, bringing the IC in reset. Can you check the impedance of the scope or the other controller?
