Is the NFC chip PN7360AUHN programmable with ULINK2 and KEIL µVision?

Hello, I've got a university project with NFC and I'm asking myself if it is possible to program it with KEIL and ULINK2.

If not is someone have a clue in order to program it? I've planned to use the µC with a raspberry Pi 3.
