Dear. Kan_Li
Thanks your advice. I re-check the board and device driver as below picture.
But I don't find the wrong point and I have still problems.
Thanks.
BR, Hyeongjin Kim.
Hi @hyeongjinkim ,
It is strange indeed, actually we also met similar issue at the beginning but after uninstall & reinstall the VCOM driver, the device works as expected with RFIDDiscover full version. Please refer to the following for details.
Have a great day,
Kan

I see your post that your are using the RFIDDiscover full version.
Hi @hyeongjinkim ,
Actually before this device is recognized by RFIDDiscover, we also uninstalled the vcom driver and reinstalled the one comes with RFIDDIscover. Have you tried this as well? Please kindly clarify.
Have a great day,
Kan

Hi @hyeongjinkim ,
Have you updated the VCOM driver coming with RFIDDiscover ?
Sometimes, if its not shown correctly, it helps to uninstall the driver (rightclick->Uninstall device, and check the box to remove the driver) and reinstall it again.
Please kindly let me know if the problem is still there.
Have a great day,
Kan

Hi @hyeongjinkim ,
Yes, that can easily be used, you just need to flash the correct firmware! This firmware is available in the installation directory of RFIDDiscover.

Dear. Kan_Li
As you told me, I used the RC663.bin in the installation directory of RFIDDiscover. The RFIDDiscover found the reader but not open it. I saw the comment that used ReaderTestBench_lpc1769.bin in the manual(UM10616).
Can you share the binary file(ReaderTestBench_lpc1769.bin.
Thanks.
BR, Hyeongjin Kim
Hi @hyeongjinkim ,
Have you set up the jumpers as well as IF0 and IF1 positions correctly ? The bin file mentioned in UM10616 is not the latest version, please kindly use the bin file installed with the latest RFIDDiscover tool.
Have a great day,
Kan
