How to set up the Nondisclosure Agreement

I have received an email from the NXP as below:

Dear customer,

Thanks for your interest in NXP Docstore.

For a successful registration a Nondisclosure Agreement – NDA -  between your company and NXP is required: please provide this if available or contact your local NXP support team for setting one up.

but how can I set up the Nondisclosure Agreement ?

--Contacting local distributor of NXP(FAE or Sales)

--Distributor helps you sign NDA with NXP

--Registering an account on "http://www.docstore.nxp.com/ "

--Applying for authority on product you want to use

--Applying corresponding documents you want.

--waiting for approval.
