How to decipher the data of PCF7961M in cipher mode?

I monitor the communicate between the PCF7961M and PCF7991 ,the partial communicate of PCF7961M is in cipher mode ,this section data is encrypted ,I can't know the the initial data of this intercepted communicate,so I need the mean to decipher the data of PCF7961M in cipher mode,or could provide me some data sheets about that. your help is much appreciate!
