How to build a whole system with PN5321A?

We would like to build a contactless communication system with this chip. But we do not have the design experience. What should I do?

We need to make a kind a bottle that can make communication with each other. Each bottle should have a NFC tag can reader and write.

The PN532 is a legacy product and NXP does not have a development board for this device. You can give a check however to the documentation tab in the product page where you will find relevant application notes and user guides:

Also given the adoption of this IC there are several third party companies who developed breakout boards together with corresponding software libraries.

I would strongly recommend you to evaluate the latest NXP NFC Controller families:
