In NFC powered mode, only passive operation is possible for the NHS3152, as it can only use the RF field provided to power itself, but cannot actively power other NFC devices via RF.
Unfortunately, there is no practical way to measure the NFC power consumption within the chip. However, you could try measuring the supplied voltage through the antenna by connecting a voltmeter or similar tool/equipment to the LA and LB terminals of the antenna, but please consider that doing this may cause a detuning of the antenna since the probes would interfere with its impedance.
