the question is the title.

I found PESD18VF1BSF , but the typical circut seems like a NFC "host".

Can PESD18VF1BSF protect a NFC "slave" device? If not , any suggestions? thanks

Hello,

ESD stress is applied on all pads of the IC. It meets the CDM and HBM specification of IC. All pins have the ESD protection built, so no special need for external diode.

Regards,

Ivan.

Hello,

the pins are protected "only" up to 2kV HBM. What if one want to protect against IEC 61000-4-2 Level 3 (150pF, 330Ω, 8kV)?

We made tests with 5V ESD Diodes with a clamping Voltage of 20V without success.

Any advice?

Regards,

Remo
