DCF Clients parity Feature response mechanism Hi, in reference manual rev 8: Par 37.2.1.1 Parity: is not clear for me in which way the  DCF client alerts MCU when detects a bad parity: "DCF alerts DCM....", but which register reports it ? does MCU software needs to test some registers in order to react to the failure, or there is a DCF Client/DCM  hardware trasparent path that manages it ? RT 1176 FlexSPI RW frequency DQS hi, we have a question regarding the flash NOR RW freq . we currenty working on a custom board using the RT1176 , we are implementig a  flashloader a bootsel and a bootloader as we want to boot from  IS25LP128 SERIAL FLASH MEMORY WITH 133MHZ MULTI I/O SPI & QUAD I/O  so the boot flow is perfect when running on 60Mhz serialClkFreq , but we need to raise that to 133Mhz  after Refernce manual lookup , we found that we need a to mux a FLEXSPI DQS pin and change the sampling to  readSampleClksrc= kFlexSPIReadSampleClk_LoopbackFromDqsPad . but when looking for pin mux options we found 3 choices basicaly AD_17 ,  SD_B2_05 and EMC_B2_18  we tried three of them and none worked (no boot)  is there anything else we're missing !  thank you  Yosri  #i.MX-RT1176   Re: RT 1176 FlexSPI RW frequency DQS Hi @yosri_c According to the rt1170 RM, it can be used as FLEXSPI1_A_DQS pin. But for Boot, it can not be used as DQS pin. Hope this will help you. RT1160 Dual Image support Hi for the application we're developing using the MIMXRT1166 we're looking at whether the internal boot ROM is enough to handle our program updates in the field. The Dual image support sounds very useful but there isn't much information apart from 10.13.3 Enter Bootloader API in the Reference Manual but it isn't mentioned again. Are there further app notes or SDK examples where this is elaborated on? I found some more information in the IMXRT1170RM  Does this also apply to the RT1160 parts? We are currently working on delivering further documentation on this topic. Error flashing emmc on imx6ull EVK Hello, I'm having trouble flashing an mx6ull-evk. We have modified it, soldering an eMMC memory. I've tried with both mfgtool and uuu. Last try was with uuu and images from L6.1.22. Logs at the end of the messages. Still the same result, eMMC is no responding. This is correct, or we need to change the eMMC for other reason? We have measured VLDO_1V8 output, and looks like 3v3 to us. Unused pins for DDR3 IMX6 Good day, dear community! I am using IMX 6 duallite and one ddr3 IS43TR16256A-125KB (256X16). Accordingly, some pins D16-D63, DQM2-7, SDQS2-7, CS1, SDOTD1, SDCLK1 remain unused. I saw technical documentation (Hardware Development Guide), where it was written that when switching from DualLite to Solo, pins D32-63, DQM4-7, SDQS4-7 should be left unconnected. Do I understand correctly that in my case all unused pins of ddr imx6 can be left NC? And the second thing I wanted to clarify is why the MCIMX6DLAICPU2 debug board uses 200 Ohm termination for differential pairs DRAM_SDCLK0/1? Usually, I saw this for diff. pairs 100 Ohm termination. Correct me if I'm wrong. How do you change keys on a P71 card? I'm personalizing a contactless Mchip P71 card from scratch, but having trouble setting a new Personalization key.  During Mchip applet perso, DGI8001 is accepted, the perso session closes, and the card passes all its tests. Hand decrypting the DGI with the session key verifies that the new keys are sent to the card. But the original key still works, and the new Perso key fails.  I could not get the Card Manager to accept a DGI 8001.  It kept giving me 6D00, "Instruction code not supported or invalid."  I cannot get the Mchip applet to authenticate after first perso, so I can't see if the new key is active at that level. In the documentation for the latest applet, it states that authentication object needs to be a persistent object and it can't be a transient object.  Re: SE050 ECKeySessionInternalAuthenticate 6a80 Hi @jychab , For such case, the NFC phone needs to generate the Host.ECDSA key pair natively and writes the PK.Host.ECDSA into SE from the beginning and then starts to establish an ECKey session with SE, and as writing PK.Host.ECDSA into SE causes NVM writes , so the key ID to store PK.Host.ECDSA in SE has to be created as transient object and please reserve multiple objects for back up so that the NFC phone may have a list of them all and select either of them as an Auth Object. I found you created the ECKey session with ID of 7fff0201, which is provisioned as ECKA pair at SE for EC key Session Authentication, but from my understanding, this session should be created with the ID to store the PK.Host.ECDSA .  so the host side should generate Host.ECDSA at first and write PK.Host.ECDSA as authentication object in SE with a non-reserved ID (e.g. 0x00001000), then create the ECKey session with this ID instead. PWM Output Frequency Hi, We are using 3 PWM pins with EMIOS0 as instance in the S32k312 MCU using the S32 DS 3.5 IDE, we are getting an output frequency of 1.8k Hz for the PWM signal, but we need 10k Hz output frequency. Our core clock is running with PLL of 120M Hz. XTALI/XTALO Tolerances the datasheet of the i.MX RT1050(Page 16, i.MX RT1050 Crossover Processors Data Sheet for Consumer Products, Rev. 2, 03/2021) mentions for XTALI/XTALO: If this clock is used as a reference for USB, then there are strict frequency tolerance and jitter requirements. See OSC24M chapter and relevant interface specifications chapters for details. i cant find any information on this is the Datasheet, reference manual of GW Development Guide. can anyone provide me this information?  Re: XTALI/XTALO Tolerances Thank you for your swift Reply!
