I have a question regarding the BACK-EMF integration method for sensorless control of BLDC.
How does the threshold value (V_thres) to trigger the commutation is usually calculated? Is it based on the motor parameters or it's trial and error procedure? I haven't found any explanation in application notes about this issue.
