What is the precision range of KM34 platform under diferent temperature?

I saw the this chip can be worked from -40°~+85°, but I cannot find any precision introduction during this temperature range. Dose anyone can provide the document or some reference about this question? Thank you in advance.

Regarding your question about the precision range of KM34 platform, which parameters do you care about? As you know that KM34 is a digital processor, the temperature does not take effect on the digital part. Regarding the analog part, for example ADC, VREF, IRC(internal reference clock), I think the data sheet of KM34 has the specs.

Hi, KaiJun,

I do not think that the temperature is a main factor which take effect on the accuracy of ADC, while the ADC clock frequency, Vrefh noise level are the main factors which take effect on the ADC accuracy. So the data sheet does not define the specs which the temperature take effect on the ADC accuracy.
