I want to be able to stop the motor instantly in this kit. Is there a way for me to do that? Am I supposed to pull all 3 phases to the ground?

I know how to stop the motor but I want to be able to do it instantly. When I stop the motor I can see that the motor is still spinning. I want it to be like a brake
