GD3160 VCCOV fault

    When we use GD3160 to drive Sic(used in hil, no rear high voltage and real current).under some Test case. INTB will be triggered. and the STATAS1  VCCOV bit is "1", i don't know why is the fault reported. and i don't find the config about VCCOV .could you give me some advice？ which signals should we test?(The test case which triggered fault is to generate a large current with PWM)
