How to tell if binary image size is too big to fit in memory? What could cause the 0%CPU report?

Hello,

I am using processor in the loop mode to see CPU usage by task profiling. In the profiling report The CPU usage looking like 0% as given in the attached report. I am wondering that In the PIL mode how to tell if binary image size is too big to fit in memory? What could cause the 0% CPU report?
