Hello

I would like to use IMXRT1064 to control the motor with EtherCAT slave. Is it possible?

Best regards,

Hello,

Does NXP have a single-chip MCU R&D plan or roadmap integrating EtherCAT slave, like TI 28388?

Best regards,

Dorne

Hi @hayaoki7 ,

I think it can be done but you'll need to use custom code in your simulink model for the EtherCAT integration. (since there is no support in SDK API for this).

Here is an example on how to use custom code in your Simulink model: https://community.nxp.com/t5/NXP-Model-Based-Design-Tools/How-to-use-your-own-C-code-in-our-Toolbox-...

Also, here is a post on IMXRt1060-evk, trying to connect a LAN9252 EtherCAT Slave Controller: https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Processors/SQI-protocol-on-i-MX-RT1060-FlexSPI-and-memory-mapped-a...

Best regards,

Alexandra
