Dear members

I have iMX-8M-Plus-EVK and trying to download L4.14.78_1.0.0_ga_images_MX8MMEVK.zip image via Type-C Port1 and then run it. The board is in serial download mode (BOOT switch : 0001) .
I installed the https://ftdichip.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/CDM212364_Setup.zip with reference to https://ftdichip.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/AN_396-FTDI-Drivers-Installation-Guide-for-Windows-1....
However, when I turn on the Power Switch, Device Manager in Windows 10 catches the HID device on VID_1FC9 PID_0146.

I found that you are using the iMX-8M-Plus-EVK board but you are using the  images L4.14.78_1.0.0_ga_images_MX8MMEVK.zip for i.MX8MM EVK board, so failure you can see 1:2 1/ 1 [HID(W):LIBUSB_ERROR_PIPE ] SDPS: boot -f imx-boot-imx8mmevk-sd.bin-flash_evk

And the Linux 4.14.78_1.0.0 is not the GA release BSP for the i.MX8MP EVK board, you can select the right demo images here:
