If you are using MQX 3.7 and have failures when trying to start RTCS or an RTCS server (Telnet, HTTP, SNMP, ...) : RTCS_create(), TELNETSRV_init(), httpd_server_run(), SNMP_init(), ... returning a failed status.
Also if you use an older release of MQX but have unexpected application crashes when using RTCS
