MQX Lite with Kinetis K60

Hi, I'm trying to use MQX Lite with KDS.  The program crashes with the following in the debug window:

How do I enable the tools in the MQX menu so I can debug this?  If I try selecting the Stack Usage I get the message "Stack usage information not found!".

Any ideas?
