MQX Lite Examples of lwtimers, lwevents and lwsemaphores

Hi, I'm trying to work with MQX Lite but I find it difficult due to the lack of examples of lwtimers, lwevents and lwsemaphores, all I can find are examples for the full MQX, but for this lightweight versions not, could somebody tell me in which obscure website or appnote i can learn how to use them?

"MQX User Guide" (MQXUG) has descriptions of all three, and an example for lwsem (3.6.4.4).

Other examples:

Both have an associated readme PDF with a brief description. Sorry, I don't know of any examples for lightweight timers.
