MQX 4.2.0 support of SPI Fast continuous Mode for Vybrid VF61?

Is it possible to use the fast continuous mode with Vybrid VF61 SPI in MQX?

It seems like there are no hooks to ensure that the SPIx_PUSHR configuration bits are set or even maintained within the SPI driver.
