MK20DX128VFM5不工作

买了几个MK20DX128VFM5芯片，电路图见附件

将USB插入电脑，没有任何反应，识别不了USB口，

测试如下：

TP3003(VBAT): 0.659V

TP3002(EXTAL32):0V

TP3001(XTAL):0V

TP3012(ADC0):3.3V

GPIO20 GPIO19:0.017V

8MHz 晶振未起震

Hi,

VBAT provides power to 32KHz oscillator and RTC modules.

I would recommend customer to refer TWR-K20D50M board schematics about power and SWD debugger interface circuit.

The system oscillator and 32KHz oscillator need software to enable internally.

Please download and refer K20 50MHz bare-metal software here.

你好，我参照TWRK20D50M_SCH.PDF文档操作，给VBAT供电3V3，32.768KHZ晶振也接在了EXTAL32和XTAL引脚上，供电后依然无法工作。

有尝试过

按下并保持SW3001（RESETB_TGT3V3）开关，将USB插入电脑，我的电脑一直出现不了mass storage，无法更新MK20固件

附件为完整的SCH文件，请帮忙看下问题出在哪里？谢谢

First of all, sorry for the later reply.

I think you want to make MK20 works as on board OpenSDA debugger tool. Right?

If yes, I would recommend customer to check here for OpenSDA debugger tool resource.

The FRDM-K28F is using the latest OpenSDA v2.2 , which provided OpenSDA and bootloader firmware.

The OpenSDA circuit should refer FRDM-K28F board schematics .

where to find OpenSDA debugger tool resource.

there is not an option for DEVKITMPC5744P.
