Looking for an IAR project building the MXQ USB stack for Vybrid

Does anyone have a project to build the MQX V4.2.0 USB stack for the Vybrid A5 core using the IAR IDE? In the V4.2.0 distribution there is a USB V2 stack which is supposed to be for the Vybrid processor. In the directory, in the build subdirectory, there is a make file to build the library, but nothing for any of the IDEs. Just wondering if anyone has built the library using IAR tools.
