I was recently informed by Freescale that the 100Mhz part does not have USB support but the 120MHZ parts do. They are not available until Nov 2011 and that includes MQX suppport. Despite the hype last year of the parts availability by July of 2011 these parts will not see the light of day for months. If you need HS USB try the Atmel 91Sam 3U parts that also have the UTMI tranceiver built in. However it is a Cortex M-3 part unlike the K60 which is a M-4 part. I had to design the Freescale out of a a new circuit and had to replace it with an alternative. Hopefully, Freescale will regain its reputation.
