Error simulating Freescale ADS model

Hi all,

I have a problem with the ADS model of the LDMOS MRF6V2150N. I downloaded the zip file, unzipped it in ADS and included the device with the FSL_Tech_Include. When I want to simulate the S-Parameter I get the error "'FSL_MRF6V2150N_Level2....MET.X6' is an instance of an undefined model 'FSLRFPK_METMOS_v1'". I have the same problem with the model MRF6V2300N. What should I do?

Problem solved. I found the download for the RF High Power Model Kit 2009. Sorry for making an extra topic.
