Hi, ordering part numbers may not be always exactly the same what is printed on the chip. Especially with very small packages, certain shorted forms are being used.
On this family, part number mostly omits fab and mask indicator (‘F1’ field in this part) and instead of it device mask is printed on the second line (‘1M36W’).
