startup file crt0.s for MPC5777c GHS

In the document MPC5777C Software Initialization and Optimization, chapter 6.1.  we can see a file named with init.s and another file named with crt0.s is mentioned at the end of this file.

crt0.s is requried for the startup process of MPC5777c  with GreenHills compiler.

The problem is that I can't find the crt0.s , could anybody send me this file? Thanks very much.

I am not sure here, maybe it is some custom file they are reffering to.

But GHS has MPC5xxx startup file name ctrl0.ppc (PowerPC) by default and its assembly file.
