Hi, 

MPC5777C RM show that the NCF[6] fault will result in FCCU to reset, when i finished the STCU online test and i will execute FCCU NCF[6] fault injection by FCCU.  but after FCCU generate reset the STCU online test will execute again which means the FCCU reset will clean STCU online test finished end of flags.

So my question is that whether the NCF[6] FCCU reset will caused the STCU status flags been cleaned which will result in STCU online test doing once again?

I don't understand you too much.

Are you using FCCU fake bit to initiate NCF[6]? Purpose of this test is to test reaction path, i.e. it resets the device.

FCCU reset does change status of STCU, FCCU, FOSU and PASS modules (unless it is not FOSU reset).
