how to finc the communication timing between core0 and flash using the cross bar bus

Hello,

I would like to know the timing for communication via xbar(Master core0 and slave Flash or peripherial device).

Would like to know even the synchronization timing between the core0 and core1 which operates at 300MHz and Fast xbar bus 200.

Same for the slow Xbar bus also.

Also the timing for communication between these two buses.
