how to create bus off state in FlexCAN2 of MPC5554

i am trying to create bus off state for FlexCAN2 CAN A in MPC5554

how to reach this state?

when i switch off the transmission always i am held in error passive state (TXECTR = 128)

In general: Bus off state you can create when MCU transmits and you short out CAN-Hi and CAN-Lo wires.
