how i can get the demos and d tutorial of TWR-PXD20

I am using the Board TWR-PXD20 ，but  I can not  download the  demos and tutorial souce code  from the offical website  that  show in the start guide .I  can not  find them

They've had a branding change since the TWR-PXD20 was released. It is now in the Qorivva product line.  See:

PXS Functional Safety Series Microcontrollers 

You could check the data sheets to compare but hopefully someone from NXP will answer.
